Species, grade, thickness, footage, moisture, your location, and photos. Your asking price or a floor if you have one.

We shop it quietly
Your name and location stay out of it until there is a real buyer. Photos go out anonymized; nobody fishes your yard off our emails.

You confirm the deal in writing
Nothing is committed on your behalf. Price, tally, and terms get your written OK before a buyer sees a number.

You ship direct and get paid
Load goes from your yard to the buyer's dock. Freight is the buyer's cost, booked by them or through our logistics partner.
Kiln time, coordinated
Sitting on air-dried stock or slabbed yard trees that need kiln time before anyone will buy? We coordinate drying between rough-sawn suppliers and buyers so green inventory turns into sold inventory.
